The Shelton School District Board of Directors met in regular session at 12:00 p.m. on August 9, 2007 in the Administrative Services Building conference room.

 

Board members present:  Chairman Julianna Miljour, Holly Sharpe and Sue McCausland.

 

Staff members present:  John Aultman, Linda Arnold and Alison Nutt.

 

CALL TO ORDER

Chairman Miljour called the meeting to order at 12:05 p.m.

 

EXECUTIVE SESSION

The board then entered into a 5-minute executive session to discuss a personnel matter.

 

The board returned to regular session at 12:10 p.m.

 

DISCUSSION AND ACTION ITEMS

3.01 – Rescinding of supplemental personnel report approved on August 7, 2007:

Holly Sharpe made a motion to rescind Item 8.13, Supplemental Personnel Report, which was approved at the August 7, 2007 regular board meeting.  Sue McCausland seconded the motion and the motion passed 3-0.

 

3.02 – Approval of personnel report:

Holly Sharpe made a motion to approve the personnel report as submitted and as attached.  (See Attachment #1.)  Sue McCausland seconded the motion and the motion passed 3-0.

 

ADJOURN
