Levy Rates

This proposal is a three-year levy for the years 2009, 2010, and 2011. If passed, it would replace (at a lower rate) the levy approved by voters in 2006, which expires December, 2008. 2009 Levy: $5,700,000 (collected at a projected rate of $3.37 per $1,000 assessed valuation). 2010 Levy: $5,900,000 (collected at a projected rate of $3.37 per $1,000 assessed valuation). 2011 Levy: $6,100,000 (collected at a projected rate of $3.37 per $1,000 assessed valuation).

Note: the projected and actual rates for the levy passed by voters in 2006 were:
2007 — $3.89 (projected) and $3.86 (actual)
2008 — $3.93 (projected) and $3.89 (actual)
