The Shelton School District welcomes parent and community volunteers to work in the school district in a variety of capacities.  Before working in the district all non-employee volunteers are required to complete a Volunteer Registration Form.  For the safety of our students the Shelton School District will run a background check on the applicant with the Washington State Patrol before a volunteer is allowed to work with students.

Volunteer Registration Forms and the accompanying background check forms are located in every school office and are also combined in a Volunteer Form Packet * for downloading from the Shelton School District website .  The volunteer forms need to be turned into the building in which you want to volunteer in.  If a volunteer has completed a form in prior years, they do NOT need to complete a new form, but we need to verify that they do have a form on file.
