1.  Label Washington’s borders (Canada, Idaho, Oregon, and Pacific Ocean)
            - use all capital letters
- use a ruler for guide lines so labeling is straight
            - labeling must be horizontal  
 
2. Label the following political features; don’t forget to use a ruler (put a star * next to Olympia because it’s our capital and a dot · next to the major cities)
            - Olympia
            - Seattle
            - Bellingham
            - Vancouver
            - Yakima
            - Spokane
            - Shelton
             
3. Label the following physical features; don’t forget to use a ruler
            - Olympic Mountains use this symbol, ^^^^^^, to label mountains and color brown
            - Strait of Juan de Fuca
            - Puget Sound
            - Cascade Mountains use this symbol, ^^^^^^, to label mountains and color brown
            - Mt. Rainier
            - Mt. St. Helens
- Columbia River (you have to draw it on your map)
            - Snake River (you have to draw it on your map)
            - Yakima River (you have to draw it on your map)
