Culminating Project

The culminating project requirement was eliminated by the school board summer 2014.

In order for a student to receive a diploma from any high school in Washington, students must complete a culminating project, along with a high school and beyond plan, as mandated by the State of Washington. At Shelton High School we do this state requirement through our CSI program.


The culminating project can be exciting when you embrace the project as your own. I encourage you to find a topic that is of interest to you and explore it more thoroughly. If you are able to do that, this can be more fun than work.
