Are you not sure how and where to get help with technology or websites that you use technology to access. Not all things are handled by the technology department. I email out periodic updates to this list but here you can always find the current list.

Most office and classroom issues related to technology equipment are best served by entering a service request at: https://support.sheltonschools.org/SupportManagerWeb/SREntry.aspx
Our list of other things to work on come from the entered service requests. If you have something that truly only takes a short amount of time, then your Technology Building Support Coordinators might be able to lend you some assistance without a service request. However, if it isn’ t something quick and/or they are off to work on a high importance issue they may and probably will ask you to enter a service request.
