Shelton's Motor Pool Usage Procedures

Motor Pool Usage Procedures

We have made sure everything is in order and in good working condition. Please help us better serve everyone's needs and enable us to assure a clean, safe, vehicle for your use.

  • If you drive more than 25 miles, you must fuel your vehicle. It takes two cards to fuel. Each vehicle has a blue and a white fuel card in it. Be sure to check the oil when fueling.
  • Report any mechanical or physical problems in the comment section of the Motor Pool Form. Also, report if the vehicle needs oil. This will help us ensure that the next user will have a safe trip.
  • Upon return, check to make sure all trash and belongings are removed. PLEASE remember to report any dents, scratches or broken equipment that may occur while the vehicle is in your possession.
  • If you return after hours, please put the keys in the drop box (by the front, office door) and the clipboard in the yellow box below. A gate key is on the ring
