Dear Parents and Community:
Greetings. I hope your summer has been a time of relaxation and a time to also enjoy family and friends.
I am writing to express how grateful and excited I am to initiate my first year as Superintendent of the Shelton School District. I greatly appreciate the opportunity to serve our young people and our overall community.
From my past experience as a teacher, coach, high school principal, assistant superintendent and superintendent, I have a strong belief in people and what true collaboration can achieve. United, we can go where others only dream.
Our goal must be to continue a vision that all students will graduate with the skills and confidence to reach their hopes and dreams and in doing so not only compete on the world stage but win.
We as an educational community must continue to increase our involvement in our children’s future in order to ensure success for all. I am convinced the Shelton community has what it takes to confirm success for our students PK-12 and beyond.
I am committed 100% to achieve the very best for our children. Let’s move forward together towards a spectacular school year. I wish you the best.
