SHS Transcripts

Requests for transcripts for students who graduated during or before 2004 may have additional processing delays.  Thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.

Order Transcripts

Shelton High School has partnered with Parchment to order and send your transcript and other credentials securely. This link will open a new browser.

Parchment requires use of an email and the only payment option is the use of a credit/debit card. Please have these available when requesting your transcript.

  • Former Students: Cost is $3.95 per transcript ordered. Requests are usually fulfilled within three business days of receipt of payment, but please allow two weeks for delivery.

  • Current Students: Current SHS students receive up to 5 transcripts at no charge. After the first 5 transcripts, there is a $3.95 per transcript fee.

  • In the rare circumstance the desired recipient does not accept electronic delivery and the transcript must be mailed, there will be an additional charge.

  • We try to process transcript requests within 3 business days after we receive them. However, during certain high-demand times throughout the year it can take longer. Please allow extra time, 2 weeks in most cases, for your transcript to reach its destination. 

Users will be notified by email when their request is complete and can also track the status of their request or view a saved copy of their transcript.

NOTE - For current and former students, transcript requests cannot be fulfilled until all outstanding fees/fines are cleared. You can check if you have fines by emailing the Activities Office at hking@sheltonschools.org.
