A Word from the Superintendent

I am honored to serve as Shelton School District’s superintendent. As an educator, I feel fortunate to have the opportunity to help shape the lives of students and recognize the tremendous responsibility that comes with the job. Whether leading at the classroom, school, or district level, I am focused on creating warm, engaging learning environments that support the diverse needs of students. 

Planning for the Future of Shelton Schools

We are excited to introduce and launch the Shelton School District’s next five-year strategic plan, Shelton Success. 

The strategic plan is the guiding document that outlines our goals and outcomes for the next five years. Shelton Success will replace the expiring strategic plan, Graduation for All, which will end this year.

I want to thank all Shelton School District families, staff, and community members as we near the end of the 2021-22 school year. This year has had its challenges returning to full-time, in-person learning while still navigating a pandemic, but we did it! I am so excited to see where next year takes us as we implement Shelton Success and create even more opportunities for students to discover, research, and launch their own best futures.
