As we enter the 3rd year of our strategic plan, Shelton Success, we want to follow up with those most closely tied to the Shelton School District and invite you to participate in an important survey regarding our schools and education programs.

We’re thrilled to share that our Shelton School District Board of Directors has been honored as a 2024 Board of Distinction by the Washington State School Directors' Association – for the seventh year in a row!

The Shelton School District is beginning the annual process of nominating/referring students for Highly Capable Program services.

Due to the required maintenance of the beams in the Shelton High School stadium, the district has decided to close the stadium during strong winds or for snow accumulation until the project is complete, around mid to late winter. Events and activities that occur during periods when the stadium is closed will be rescheduled or relocated to other venues.
